Pine Court, Springvale: This exceptional home boasts breathtaking cathedral ceilings, a chef’s kitchen with shaker cabinetry, and sustainable Greenboard veneer construction, perfectly balancing style, sustainability, and functionality. Shaw Street Townhouses, Wagga Wagga: These three sleek, contemporary villas, available in three- and four-bedroom layouts, offered modern, low-maintenance living and were quickly snapped up by eager buyers.
Custom Build, Coolamon: This modern cottage, located on a spacious acreage, was designed with a horse-loving family in mind. The home included four well-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, and functional spaces that suit both daily living and outdoor activities.
Springvale Renovation: This year, we had the privilege of renovating a beautiful home in Springvale, adding a gym, sauna, and art studio. The art studio is tailored to the homeowners' artistic pursuits, while the gym and sauna create a private retreat for health and wellness—all seamlessly integrated into the home’s existing structure.
We also welcomed a new member to our team — our office dog, Mia.
She has quickly made herself at home in our newly fitted-out warehouse office, which is designed to foster collaboration and provide a welcoming environment for our clients.
A Look Ahead to 2025
2025 promises to be another exciting year for Stanley Homes as we embark on new and innovative projects. We’re thrilled to kick off the Lake Albert Development, offering custom builds and house-and-land packages in this highly sought-after location. Additionally, with several new projects on the horizon, we’re set to expand our custom builds, helping even more families bring their dream homes to life across Wagga Wagga and beyond.
